CORPORATE PROFILE Medicines Plus is a wholesale, retail and dispensing pharmaceutical organization incorporated on 23 November 1993 for the distribution and retailing of locally manufactured and imported drugs, as well as the provision of free consultation and counseling for customers by well trained professionals. STAFF STRENGTH As of January 2004, the company had approximately 30 employees, none of whom is represented by a Labour Union. The company considers its employee relations to be good. TECHNOLOGY The company is fully computerized in all areas of operations. The major computer modules are General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounts payable and sales order entry. Each branch has word processing capability, as well as access to several nutritional and medical data banks which are used to keep all nutritional information up to date with the latest technical information. PROPERTIES The company owns a building in Victoria Island, Lagos which is currently under construction.
